The latest version of the ReCo6502Mini software is 1.01 (6 December 2015). It is included with this guide, in this directory.
Place the files where they need to be :
You should not use these unless you need to perform an upgrade of the software that is stored on ReCo6502Mini.
To perform the upgrade, proceed as follows. Copy these files, together, to storage accessible to your BBC Master (e.g. an ADFS floppy). UPRECO is a data file with no specific load or execution address. RECOUP is a BASIC file. Then power down your machine, short the software upgrade pins (see below), power up your machine, enter 'PAGE=&2000:CHAIN "RECOUP"', wait for the updater to finish, then reverse (power down, remove the short, power up again).
Short the software upgrade pins carefully, for example with a short bit of bent copper wire, or perhaps a two pin header with a jumper on top. The software upgrade pins are the two holes in the centre of this :
